Resident Survey Action Plan & Letter to Residents Several weeks after the residents move in, they are sent a survey to request feedback for their experience so far. We review the information for key areas that stand out and from that form an action plan to address any issues that seem recurring from the survey. In response, we send a letter to the residents showing how we intend to address their concerns. This is also followed up by a Town Hall meeting. |

Letters to Various Constituencies We are always looking for creative ways to market the apartments and find new potential partnerships and residents. These letters show how we have reached out to different subcommunities in Slippery Rock - local businesses, sororities and fraternities, and secretaries on campus. |

Campus Family Campaign One fundraising program I was in charge of was the Campus Family Campaign, which encouraged faculty and staff to give back to the University. To the right you will see a week by week comparison YOY for three years, the kick off press release, and program plan overview. |

Direct Mail Campaigns I worked with others on my team to plan and execute 30+ segmented mailings (direct and email) each year. In addition to writing the letters and specifying the segments, I also tracked the success of each campaign. The large chart is showing the individual stats of each appeal and the smaller chart below shows the YOY comparison. Although the ROR decreased during in FY13, the total income increased by 33%. This was due to spending more money on design that hadn't been done previously. We counted this as a success as it did increase total dollar amount and participation. |
